สำหรับที่อยู่จัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ ผู้ซื้อจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งทั้งหมด รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ และ/หรือ ภาษีและอากรที่เกี่ยวข้องแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ค่าจัดส่งโดยประมาณสามารถดูได้จากตารางด้านล่างเพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูล โดยค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นสกุลเงินไทย:

 

ค่าจัดส่งเหล่านี้เป็นเพียงการประมาณการจากผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์โดยเฉพาะ ซึ่งบริษัทได้คัดเลือกเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าจะถูกจัดส่งอย่างปลอดภัย บริษัทไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ และไม่ได้รับผลประโยชน์ใด ๆ จากค่าจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

คำสั่งซื้อของคุณอาจมีค่าภาษีศุลกากรและอากรนำเข้า (รวมถึง VAT) ซึ่งจะถูกเรียกเก็บเมื่อพัสดุถึงจุดหมายปลายทาง MAISON ROUND ไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายเหล่านี้ หากมีการเรียกเก็บ ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า

ข้อกำหนดการสั่งซื้อ

การยกเลิกและคืนเงิน: สินค้าที่สั่งซื้อและชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี

ข้อจำกัดในการสั่งซื้อ: ลูกค้าสามารถสั่งซื้อ เมซง ราวนด์ มิดไนท์ บ็อกเซต หรือ  MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET ได้สูงสุด 5 เซ็ตต่อคำสั่งซื้อ โดยไม่มีการจำกัดจำนวนคำสั่งซื้อ

ลูกค้าที่ส่งสินค้าปลายทางประเทศจีน: เนื่องจากข้อกำหนดของศุลกากรในประเทศจีน ลูกค้าจะต้องใช้บัตรประชาชนในรับสินค้า ดังนั้น มีข้อจำกัดคือจะต้องเป็น 1 คำสั่งซื้อ/ สูงสุด 5 เซ็ต / 1 บัตรประชาชน โดยในการรับสินค้าลูกค้าจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลชื่อผู้รับให้ตรงกับข้อมูลในบัตรประชาชนที่แนบให้กับบริษัทขนส่ง เพื่อให้บริษัทขนส่งติดต่อเรื่อง การดำเนินการด้านศุลกากร ซึ่งจะต้องดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลา 15 วัน

**ในกรณีที่แบรนด์ไม่สามารถติดต่อกับลูกค้าได้ หรือหากลูกค้าไม่สะดวกที่จะให้บัตรประชาชน สามารถเลือกรับของทาง Pick Up in BKK ได้ (ดูรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขได้ที่หัวข้อ "บริการ Pick Up Later in BKK for International Fans") โดยสินค้าในกรณีดังกล่าวจะถูกเก็บไว้ในคลังที่ประเทศไทยจนกว่าจะได้รับข้อมูลการขนส่งที่ครบถ้วน และจะดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ภายหลัง

การตรวจสอบเงื่อนไข: ผู้ซื้อจะต้องตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการซื้อและนำเข้าสินค้าสำหรับประเทศหรือภูมิภาคของตนเองก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ

ภาษีนำเข้า: ราคาสินค้าไม่รวมภาษีนำเข้า ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระภาษีให้กับหน่วยงานในประเทศหรือภูมิภาคปลายทางโดยตรง

ค่าจัดส่ง: ผู้ซื้อเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่พัสดุไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้เนื่องจากที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ชัดเจน การไม่พบผู้รับ หรือพัสดุถูกส่งกลับเนื่องจากข้อผิดพลาดในการจัดส่ง

บริการ Pick Up Later in BKK for International Fans: กรณีที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศและต้องการมารับสินค้าเอง ทางแบรนด์จะเก็บสินค้าไว้ในคลังที่ประเทศไทยเป็นระยะเวลา 4 เดือนหลังจากที่ลูกค้าชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น หากไม่มารับในระยะที่เวลากำหนดทางแบรนด์สงวนสิทธิ์ในการทำลายสินค้าหลังจากนั้น

สินค้าชำรุด: หากสินค้าชำรุดระหว่างการจัดส่ง แบรนด์จะตรวจสอบกรณีดังกล่าวอย่างละเอียด โดยแบรนด์จะพิจารณาเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ให้เฉพาะในกรณีที่มีวิดีโอแสดงกระบวนการแกะกล่องและตรวจสอบสินค้า วิดีโอนี้ต้องส่งภายใน 5 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (อ้างอิงจากหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ) 

ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าตามกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

- ทางแบรนด์ส่งสินค้าที่มีสภาพชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่สามารถใช้จากการจัดส่งของแบรนด์

- ทางแบรนด์จัดส่งสินค้าไม่ถูกต้องตามคำสั่งซื้อ หรือสินค้าที่จัดส่งมีลักษณะแตกต่างจาก รูปภาพที่แสดงไว้หน้ารายละเอียดสินค้าอย่างชัดเจน

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าคืนทุกกรณี ดังนี้

- กรณีลูกค้าไม่พอใจการใช้งาน / ใช้งานสินค้าไม่เป็น

- กรณีเปลี่ยนใจไม่ต้องการสินค้านั้นแล้ว

ค่าจัดส่งที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้: ค่าจัดส่งไม่สามารถคืนได้ในกรณีที่พัสดุไม่ถูกจัดส่ง ไม่ได้รับการรับ หรือถูกปฏิเสธการรับสินค้า รวมถึงค่าจัดส่งสำหรับการส่งสินค้ากลับมายังแบรนด์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นสำหรับกรณีที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น

เราจะพิจารณาแต่ละกรณีไป และพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ในการหาทางแก้ไขอย่างดีที่สุด

Shipping costs are free for shipping addresses in Thailand.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND ESTIMATES:

We offer international shipping to the following countries and regions:

For international shipping addresses, the purchaser is solely responsible for the shipping costs and any applicable international shipping fees and/or associated duties and taxes. Shipping expenses are estimated in the below table for reference and the fee is in Thai Baht:

 

These costs are estimated from a third-party logistics service provider, which has been selected by the Company, to ensure the safe delivery of the products. The Company does not have any relation to the logistics service provider or earns any incentive from international shipping costs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. MAISON ROUND is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Refunds: Once an order has been placed and fully paid, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

Order Limitations: Customers can purchase up to 5 sets of Maison Round Midnight Boxset per order. However, there is no limit on the number of orders placed.

Customers Shipping to China: Due to Chinese customs regulations, customers must use their ID card for receiving the package. The following restrictions apply:

         - 1 order = Maximum of 5 sets = 1 ID card

         - The recipient's name must match the ID card provided to the shipping company for customs clearance.

          - Customs procedures must be completed within 15 days of shipment

If the brand is unable to contact the customer or the customer is unwilling to provide an ID card, they may opt for Pick Up in BKK (see details under "Pick Up Later in BKK for International Fans"). In this case, the order will be stored in a warehouse in Thailand until complete shipping details are provided, and it will be shipped at a later date.

Order Condition Check: Customers are responsible for verifying purchase and import regulations for their respective countries or regions before placing an order.

Import Taxes: The product price does not include import taxes. Customers must pay any applicable taxes directly to the relevant authorities in the destination country or region.

Shipping Fees: The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package cannot be delivered due to: Incorrect or unclear address, recipient not found, and package returned due to delivery errors.

Pick Up Later in BKK for International Fans: For international customers who prefer self-pickup in Thailand, the brand will store the order in a Thai warehouse for 4 months after payment is completed. If the customer does not collect the order within 4 months, the brand reserves the right to discard the item.

Damaged Products: If an item is damaged during shipping, the brand will thoroughly investigate the case. A replacement will only be provided if:

          - The customer submits a video of the unboxing and inspection process.

          - The video is sent within 5 days from the delivery date (based on the tracking number).

Customers are eligible for a replacement if:

          - The product was delivered in a damaged or unusable condition due to the brand’s shipping process.

          - The brand shipped the wrong item or the product significantly differs from the images displayed in the product description.

No Returns or Exchanges in the Following Cases:

          - The customer is unsatisfied with the product or does not know how to use it.

          - The customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees cannot be refunded in the following cases:

          - The package is undelivered, unclaimed, or refused by the recipient.

          - Shipping costs for returning product back to the brand in future cases.

The brand is not responsible for any costs arising from the above scenarios.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

订单条款与条件

取消与退款：订单一旦下达并全额支付，任何情况下均不可取消或退款

订单限制：每个订单最多可购买5套Maison Round Midnight Boxset。但订单数量不受限制

中国大陆客户： 根据中国海关规定，客户需使用身份证接收包裹。以下限制适用：

         - 1个订单 = 最多5套 = 1张身份证

         - 收件人姓名必须与提供给运输公司的身份证一致以便清关

          - 海关程序需在发货后15天内完成

如品牌无法联系到客户或客户不愿提供身份证，则可选择在曼谷自提（见“国际粉丝曼谷自提”部分）。在此情况下，订单将被存放在泰国仓库，直到提供完整的送货信息，之后再发货。

订单条件检查：客户需自行确认购买和进口规定符合各自国家或地区的要求。
进口税：产品价格不包括进口税，客户需直接向目的地国家或地区的相关部门支付任何适用税费

运费：如因地址不正确或不清楚、找不到收件人或包裹被退回而导致无法送达，客户需承担额外运费

Pick Up Later in BKK （国际客户适用） 对于希望在泰国自提的国际客户，品牌将在付款完成后将订单存放在泰国仓库长达4个月。如果客户在4个月内未提取订单，品牌保留处置商品的权利

损坏产品：如果商品在运输过程中受损，品牌将对该情况进行彻底调查。仅在以下情况下提供更换服务：

          - 客户提交开箱和检查过程的视频

          - 视频需在交货日期后5天内发送（以快递追踪号为准）

客户在以下情况下有资格获得更换：

          - 商品由于品牌的运输过程而导致损坏或无法使用

          - 品牌寄送了错误的商品或商品与产品描述中的图片有显著差异

以下情况不接受退换货：

          - 客户对商品不满意或不知道如何使用

          - 客户改变主意，不再需要该商品

不可退还的运费：以下情况下运费不予退还：

          - 包裹未送达、未领取或被收件人拒收

          - 未来情况下，商品退回品牌的运费

品牌对上述情况下产生的任何费用概不负责

我们会根据具体情况处理这些问题，并尽力找到令人满意的解决方案
