ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม MAISON ROUND 

แนวทางวัตถุประสงค์
ขอเชิญคุณเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม MAISON ROUND VDO Call เมื่อซื้อ เมซง ราวนด์ มิดไนท์ บ็อกเซต หรือ MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET ผ่านช่องทาง www.maison-round.com ในช่วงระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้

รายละเอียดรางวัล (100 รางวัล)

• รางวัล: เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Video Call กับต้าห์อู๋ พิทยา แซ่ฉั่ว และ ออฟโรด กันตภณ จินดาทวีผล
• การจัดสรรรางวัล:
  • 1-minute video call 100 รางวัลสำหรับ Random Winners
    

ขั้นตอนกิจกรรมรางวัล

• ลูกค้าซื้อสินค้าภายในวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 (เริ่มเปิดการขาย 18:00 น. เวลาไทย) ถึง วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568 (23:59 น. เวลาไทย) 
• แบรนด์ทำการนับยอดสั่งซื้อจากระยะเวลาดังกล่าวเพื่อสุ่ม Random Winners มา 100 รางวัล
• แบรนด์ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีภายในวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568 ผ่านทางโซเชียลมีเดียของแบรนด์ คือ @maison_round บน Instagram, @maison_round บน X และ @maison_round บน Rednote ซึ่งผู้โชคดีจะต้องยืนยันการรับรางวัลผ่านทางอีเมล

ข้อกำหนดการสั่งซื้อ

• การยกเลิกและคืนเงิน: สินค้าที่สั่งซื้อและชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี
• ข้อจำกัดในการสั่งซื้อ: ลูกค้าสามารถสั่งซื้อ เมซง ราวนด์ มิดไนท์ บ็อกเซต หรือ  MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET ได้สูงสุด 5 เซ็ตต่อคำสั่งซื้อ โดยไม่มีการจำกัดจำนวนคำสั่งซื้อ
• ลูกค้าที่ส่งสินค้าปลายทางประเทศจีน: เนื่องจากข้อกำหนดของศุลกากรในประเทศจีน ลูกค้าจะต้องใช้บัตรประชาชนในรับสินค้า ดังนั้น มีข้อจำกัดคือจะต้องเป็น 1 คำสั่งซื้อ/ สูงสุด 5 เซ็ต / 1 บัตรประชาชน โดยในการรับสินค้าลูกค้าจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลชื่อผู้รับให้ตรงกับข้อมูลในบัตรประชาชนที่แนบให้กับบริษัทขนส่ง เพื่อให้บริษัทขนส่งติดต่อเรื่อง การดำเนินการด้านศุลกากร ซึ่งจะต้องดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลา 15 วัน
• การตรวจสอบเงื่อนไข: ผู้ซื้อจะต้องตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการซื้อและนำเข้าสินค้าสำหรับประเทศหรือภูมิภาคของตนเองก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
• ภาษีนำเข้า: ราคาสินค้าไม่รวมภาษีนำเข้า ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระภาษีให้กับหน่วยงานในประเทศหรือภูมิภาคปลายทางโดยตรง
• ค่าจัดส่ง: ผู้ซื้อเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่พัสดุไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้เนื่องจากที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ชัดเจน การไม่พบผู้รับ หรือพัสดุถูกส่งกลับเนื่องจากข้อผิดพลาดในการจัดส่ง
• สินค้าชำรุด: หากสินค้าชำรุดระหว่างการจัดส่ง แบรนด์จะตรวจสอบกรณีดังกล่าวอย่างละเอียด โดยแบรนด์จะพิจารณาเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ให้เฉพาะในกรณีที่มีวิดีโอแสดงกระบวนการแกะกล่องและตรวจสอบสินค้า วิดีโอนี้ต้องส่งภายใน 5 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (อ้างอิงจากหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ) 
• ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าตามกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
  • • ทางแบรนด์ส่งสินค้าที่มีสภาพชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่สามารถใช้จากการจัดส่งของแบรนด์
    • ทางแบรนด์จัดส่งสินค้าไม่ถูกต้องตามคำสั่งซื้อ หรือสินค้าที่จัดส่งมีลักษณะแตกต่างจาก รูปภาพที่แสดงไว้หน้ารายละเอียดสินค้าอย่างชัดเจน
  • บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าคืนทุกกรณี ดังนี้
    • กรณีลูกค้าไม่พอใจการใช้งาน / ใช้งานสินค้าไม่เป็น
    • กรณีเปลี่ยนใจไม่ต้องการสินค้านั้นแล้ว
• ค่าจัดส่งที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้: ค่าจัดส่งไม่สามารถคืนได้ในกรณีที่พัสดุไม่ถูกจัดส่ง ไม่ได้รับการรับ หรือถูกปฏิเสธการรับสินค้า รวมถึงค่าจัดส่งสำหรับการส่งสินค้ากลับมายังแบรนด์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ทางแบรนด์จะไม่รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นสำหรับกรณีที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น

การรับสิทธิประโยชน์

• การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม: เพื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเมื่อทำการสั่งซื้อ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องสมัครบัญชีบนเว็บไซต์ www.maison-round.com และใช้บัญชีที่สมัครซื้อสินค้า  
• การสั่งซื้อมากกว่า 1 เซ็ต: ในกรณีที่สั่งซื้อมากกว่า 1 เซ็ต จะสามารถลุ้นสิทธิ์ได้ตามจำนวนที่สั่งซื้อ แต่จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงานเพียง 1 สิทธ์ต่อ 1 รายชื่อเท่านั้น
• เกณฑ์รางวัล Random Winners: สำหรับ 100 Random Winners การสั่งซื้อ เมซง ราวนด์ มิดไนท์ บ็อกเซต หรือ MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET 1 เซ็ตจะได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์ จากคำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินสำเร็จระหว่างวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 (เริ่มเปิดการขาย 18:00 น. เวลาไทย) ถึง วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568 (23:59 น. เวลาไทย) โดยสามารถสั่งซื้อหลายเซ็ต และหลายคำสั่งซื้อได้ ขอเพียงอยู่ภายใต้บัญชีอีเมลเดียวกัน โดยจะเป็นการสุ่มรายชื่อจากอีเมลที่ใช้ในการสมัครบัญชีโดยการใช้เครื่องมืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สุ่มชื่อ
• การแก้ไขอีเมล: ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน หรือแก้ไขอีเมลหลังคำสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์ได้ในทุกกรณี
• การประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดี: รายชื่อผู้โชคดีทั้ง 100 ท่าน (100 Random Winners) จะประกาศผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียของแบรนด์ คือ @maison_round บน Instagram , @maison_round บน X และ @maison_round บน Rednote และผู้โชคดีจะได้รับการติดต่อผ่านอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครบัญชีภายในวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568
• การยืนยันการรับรางวัล: ผู้โชคดีต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในวันและเวลาที่กำหนดตามอีเมล โดยกรอกแบบฟอร์มพร้อม ระบุชื่อ-นามสกุลและอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครกับ www.maison-round.com เท่านั้น หากไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ข้อมูลไม่ตรง หรือไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามวันที่แจ้ง จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยอัตโนมัติ
• การโอนสิทธิ์: ผู้โชคดีไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
• สิทธิ์ของแบรนด์: แบรนด์ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยทางแบรนด์จะแจ้งลูกค้าผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียของแบรนด์ คือ @maison_round บน Instagram, @maison_round บน X และ @maison_round บน Rednote และการตัดสินของแบรนด์ ฯ ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุด
• พนักงานและครอบครัวแบรนด์ Maison Round และบริษัทในเครือไม่สามารถร่วมกิจกรรมได้

คำแนะนำและคุณสมบัติ

• คุณสมบัติ: สำหรับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะ ต้องซื้อ เมซง ราวนด์ มิดไนท์ บ็อกเซต หรือ MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET ผ่านเว็บไซต์ www.maison-round.com
• ช่วงเวลาการสั่งซื้อ: ช่วงเวลาการสั่งซื้อต้องทำการสั่งซื้อภายในวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 (เริ่มเปิดการขาย 18:00 น. เวลาไทย) ถึง วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568 (23:59 น. เวลาไทย) เท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ช่วงเวลานี้อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนตามความเหมาะสม หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจะแจ้งให้ทราบช่องทางเดียวกับช่องทางประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลอีกครั้ง
• การนับสิทธิ์:การซื้อสินค้าหลายเซ็ตจากหลายคำสั่งซื้อจะนับเป็นสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมหลายสิทธิ์ตามจำนวนเซ็ตที่ซื้อ ซึ่งจะเพิ่มโอกาสในการได้รับรางวัล เนื่องจาก 1 เซ็ตจะเท่ากับ 1 สิทธิ์ โดยเก็บผลจากข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อที่สำเร็จผ่าน www.maison-round.com ขอเพียงอยู่ภายใต้บัญชีอีเมลเดียวกัน โดยจะเป็นการสุ่มรายชื่อจากอีเมลที่ใช้ในการสมัครบัญชีโดยการใช้เครื่องมืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สุ่มชื่อ
• วันประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดี: รายชื่อผู้โชคดีจะประกาศภายในเวลา 11:00 น. (เวลาไทย) วันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568 ผ่านช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียอย่างเป็นทางการของแบรนด์ คือ @maison_round บน Instagram, @maison_round บน X และ @maison_round บน Rednote ทั้งนี้ วันประกาศผลอาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามความเหมาะสม หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางแบรนด์จะแจ้งในช่องทางเดียวกับช่องทางการประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีให้ทราบอีกครั้ง
• ตัวอย่างการประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดี: ทางแบรนด์จะประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีผ่านช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น อีเมล nubdaoxxx@hotmail.com เป็นต้น

การประกาศผลผู้โชคดีและการรับรางวัล

• การยืนยันรางวัล: ผู้โชคดีจะได้รับอีเมลเพื่อยืนยันการรับรางวัล โดยจะเป็นอีเมลที่ใช้ในการสมัครบัญชีเพื่อสั่งซื้อ
• กำหนดเวลายืนยัน: ผู้โชคดีทั้งหมดจะต้องยืนยันการรับรางวัลโดยการตอบกลับอีเมลให้ครบถ้วนภายในวันและเวลาที่กำหนดในอีเมล วันและเวลาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามความเหมาะสม หากไม่มีการยืนยันภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด รางวัลจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งและไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนรางวัลหรือค่าชดเชยอื่นใดได้
• ข้อมูลที่ต้องยืนยัน: ผู้โชคดีจะต้องยืนยันข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้:
  (i) ชื่อของรางวัล
  (ii) ชื่อและนามสกุลของผู้เข้าร่วม
  (iii) ข้อมูลติดต่อ (ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล)
• รายละเอียดกิจกรรม: กิจกรรม VDO call รายละเอียด วันและเวลาของกิจกรรมจะส่งให้ผู้โชคดีทางอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครบัญชี
• หลักฐานที่ต้องเตรียมในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม: ผู้โชคดีจะต้องเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น ชื่อ นามสกุล เพื่อเตรียมเข้าแอปที่ใช้ในการโทรวิดิโอคอล
• การโอนสิทธิ์: สิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้ ผู้โชคดีเท่านั้นที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และรางวัลที่ได้รับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือรางวัลอื่นได้
• การยกเลิกและคืนเงิน: การซื้อสินค้าไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
• การตัดสินของบริษัท: การตัดสินใจของบริษัทถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุด แบรนด์ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยทางแบรนด์จะแจ้งลูกค้าผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียของแบรนด์ คือ @maison_round บน Instagram, @maison_round บน X และ @maison_round บน Rednote

Terms & Conditions for Participating in MAISON ROUND Activities

Purpose and Guidelines

You are invited to participate in the MAISON ROUND VDO Call activity when purchasing the MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET through www.maison-round.com during the specified period, with the following details:

Prize Details (100 Prizes)

• Prize: 1-minute VDO Call with Daou Pittaya Saechua and Offroad Kantapon Jindataweephol.
• Prize Allocation:
  • 1-minute video call for 100 Prizes for Random Winners

Prize Activity Process

• Customers must purchase products between July 30, 2025 (starting at 18:00 Thailand Time) and August 25, 2025 (until 23:59 Thailand Time).
• Brand will count orders placed during the specified period to randomly select 100 winners.
• Winners will be announced on August 27, 2025, via the brand's official social media: @maison_round on Instagram, @maison_round on X, and @maison_round on Rednote.

• 1-minute video call for 100 Prizes for Random Winners

Order Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation and Refunds: Once an order has been placed and fully paid, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
• Order Limitations: Customers can purchase up to 5 sets of Maison Round Midnight Boxset per order. However, there is no limit on the number of orders placed.
• Customers Shipping to China: Due to Chinese customs regulations, customers must use their ID card for receiving the package. The following restrictions apply:
  • 1 order = Maximum of 5 sets = 1 ID card
  • If you wish to order more than 5 sets (e.g., 10 sets), you must place 2 separate orders using 2 different ID cards.
  • The recipient's name must match the ID card provided to the shipping company for customs clearance.
• Customs procedures must be completed within 15 days of shipment
• Order Condition Check: Customers are responsible for verifying purchase and import regulations for their respective countries or regions before placing an order.
• Import Taxes: The product price does not include import taxes. Customers must pay any applicable taxes directly to the relevant authorities in the destination country or region.
• Shipping Fees: The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package cannot be delivered due to: Incorrect or unclear address, recipient not found, and package returned due to delivery errors.
• Damaged Products: If an item is damaged during shipping, the brand will thoroughly investigate the case. A replacement will only be provided if:
• The customer submits a video of the unboxing and inspection process.
• The video is sent within 5 days from the delivery date (based on the tracking number).

Customers are eligible for a replacement if:

• The product was delivered in a damaged or unusable condition due to the brand’s shipping process.
• The brand shipped the wrong item or the product significantly differs from the images displayed in the product description.

No Returns or Exchanges in the Following Cases:

• The customer is unsatisfied with the product or does not know how to use it.
• The customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees cannot be refunded in the following cases:
• The package is undelivered, unclaimed, or refused by the recipient.
• Shipping costs for returning product back to the brand in future cases.
• The brand is not responsible for any costs arising from the above scenarios.

Benefit Eligibility

• Event Participation: To participate in the event when making a purchase, participants must register an account on www.maison-round.com and use that registered account to place their order.
• Purchasing More Than One Set: If purchasing more than one set, participants will receive multiple chances based on the number of sets purchased. However, each participant can only receive one event participation slot per name.
• Random Winners Criteria: 30 Random Winners will be selected. Purchasing 1 set of Maison Round Midnight Boxset equals 1 entry into the random draw. Winners will be selected electronically based on the email registered in their account. For the 100 Random Winners, each purchase of 1 MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET will count as 1 entry. Only fully paid orders placed between July 30, 2025 (starting at 18:00 Thailand time) and August 25, 2025 (ending at 23:59 Thailand time) will be eligible. Multiple purchases and multiple orders are allowed as long as they are made under the same email account. The winners will be randomly selected using an electronic randomization tool, based on the email addresses used to register the accounts.
• Email Modifications: Once the order is completed, email changes or modifications are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Winner Announcement: The 100 winners will be announced via the brand’s official social media (Instagram: @maison_round, X: @maison_round, and Rednote: @maison_round). Winners will also receive an email notification at the registered email address by August 27, 2025.
• Prize Confirmation: Winners must confirm their prize within the specified date and time stated in the email by filling out the form with the full name and email address used to register at www.maison-round.com only. If the confirmation is not completed within the given time, the information provided is incorrect, or the winner cannot participate on the specified date, the prize will be considered automatically forfeited.
• Non-Transferable Prizes: Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
• Brand’s Rights: The brand reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the event details. Any updates will be announced via the brand’s official social media. The brand’s decisions are final and binding.
• Employee & Family Exclusion: Employees and family members of Maison Round and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this event.

Guidelines & Eligibility

• Eligibility: To participate in the event, participants must purchase the Maison Round Midnight Boxset through the official website: www.maison-round.com.
• Purchase Period: Orders must be placed between July 30, 2025 (starting at 18:00 Thailand time) and August 25, 2025 (ending at 23:59 Thailand time). This period is subject to change if necessary. Any updates will be announced through the same channels as the winner announcements.
• Entry Calculation: Purchasing multiple sets from multiple orders will be counted as multiple entries, based on the number of sets purchased — increasing your chances of winning. 1 boxset = 1 entry. Entries will be recorded based on successfully completed orders made through www.maison-round.com, under the same email account. Winners will be randomly selected using an electronic randomization tool, based on the email addresses used to register the account.
• Winner Announcement Date: The list of winners will be announced on August 27, 2025, by 11:00 AM (GMT+7) via the brand’s official social media channels: Instagram: @maison_round, X: @maison_round and Rednote: @maison_round.The announcement date is subject to change if necessary. Any updates will be communicated through the same channels.
• Example Winner Announcement Format: The brand will announce the winners on social media using a format such as email: nubdaoxxx@hotmail.com 

Winner Announcement and Prize Collection

• Prize Confirmation: Winners will receive an email to confirm their prize. The email will be the one used to register in purchasing the Maison Round Midnight Boxset.
• Confirmation Deadline: All selected winners must confirm prize acceptance by replying to the email within the specified date and time stated in the email. The date and time may be subject to change as appropriate. If confirmation is not received within the given timeframe, the prize will be considered forfeited without any dispute, and no substitution or compensation will be provided.
• Required Confirmation Details: Winners must provide the following information:
  • Prize name
  • Full name of the participant
  • Contact details (address, phone number, and email)
• Event Details: Details regarding the date and time of the activity will be sent to the winners via the email used to register the account.
• Required Documents for Participating in the Activity: Winners must update their display name to their full name (first and last name) in preparation for joining the video call application.
• Non-Transferability: The right to participate in the event is non-transferable. Only the winner is eligible to attend, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Purchased items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• Final Decision: The company’s decision is final. The brand reserves the right to modify details as necessary. Any updates will be announced via the brand’s official social media accounts: @maison_round on Instagram, @maison_round on X and @maison_round on Rednote.

订单条款

• 取消与退款：订单一经完成付款，任何情况下均不可取消或退款
• 订单限制：每笔订单最多可购买5套 MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET，订单数量不设上限
• 寄送至中国大陆的订单：由于中国海关规定，顾客须使用有效身份证进行收货。

限制如下：1笔订单 / 最多5套 / 1张身份证。收货人姓名须与提供给物流公司的身份证信息完全一致，以便于清关。清关程序须在15日内完成

• 条款核查：顾客需自行确认其国家或地区的购买及进口相关规定
• 进口税：商品价格不包含进口税，顾客须直接向当地税务机关支付相关税费
• 配送费用：若因地址错误、收件人无法联系或投递失败导致包裹退回，额外配送费用由顾客承担
• 商品破损：若商品于运输途中损坏，品牌将详细审核。仅当顾客提供完整开箱视频作为证据，且视频于收货日起5日内提交（以物流追踪信息为准），品牌才会考虑更换

◦ 可更换商品的情况如下：

▪ 品牌发出之商品存在明显破损、损坏或无法使用

▪ 品牌发出的商品与订单不符，或与商品详情页面的展示图片明显不一致

◦ 以下情况品牌不接受退换：

• 不可退还之配送费用：若包裹因地址错误、无人签收或拒收而退回，或因退货产生运费，该费用不予退还，品牌亦不承担任何相关责任

权益获取

• 参与活动：须在 www.maison-round.com 注册账户，并使用该账户完成购买，方可获得参与资格

• 购买多于1套：每购买1套可获得1次抽奖资格，但每位中签者仅可获得1次参与权利

• 随机中奖者抽取标准：在2025年7月30日（泰国时间18:00）至8月25日（泰国时间23:59）之间成功支付订单，每购买1套即获1次抽奖机会。多个订单及多套商品将合并计算，前提是使用同一个注册邮箱。抽奖将通过电子系统从邮箱中随机抽取

• 邮箱不可修改：订单完成后不得修改邮箱

• 中奖名单公布：100位中奖者名单将于2025年8月27日通过官方社交媒体公布（Instagram、X、Rednote），品牌亦会通过注册邮箱发送中签通知

• 领奖确认：中奖者需在邮件中指定的日期和时间内完成权益确认，并填写表单，仅限填写在 www.maison-round.com 注册时所使用的姓名和邮箱。
若未在规定时间内确认、填写信息不符，或无法按指定日期参加活动，将视为自动放弃权益。

• 权益不可转让：中签者不得转让或兑换中奖权益

• 品牌保留权利：品牌有权在合理范围内修改活动细节，任何更新将通过品牌官方社交平台（Instagram、X、小红书）公布。品牌拥有最终解释权

• MAISON ROUND 及其关联公司员工及其直系亲属不得参与本活动

参与须知与资格条件

• 资格条件：必须通过官方网站 www.maison-round.com 购买 MAISON ROUND MIDNIGHT BOXSET

• 购买时间：限于2025年7月30日18:00（泰国时间）至8月25日23:59（泰国时间）。若有时间变更，将于中奖名单公布的官方渠道另行通知

• 权益计算：每购买1套商品，即获得1次抽奖资格。多个订单将合并统计，只要使用同一邮箱注册账号

• 中奖名单公布时间：2025年8月27日11:00（泰国时间），通过品牌社交媒体（Instagram、X、小红书）公布。如有调整，品牌将于同一渠道另行通知

中奖与领奖

• 奖项确认：中奖者将通过注册邮箱收到确认领奖的邮件

• 确认截止时间：中奖者需在指定时间前通过邮件确认领奖信息。逾期未确认者视为自动放弃权益，奖品不予补发，亦不提供任何形式的补偿

• 须确认的信息：

(i) 奖项名称

(ii) 参与者姓名

(iii) 联系方式（地址、电话、邮箱）

• 活动详情：视频通话的具体时间及参与方式将通过注册邮箱通知

• 参与前准备：中奖者需在用于视频通话的App中更名为真实姓名以备识别

• 权益不可转让：仅限中奖本人参与，奖项不得转让、兑换为现金或其他奖品

• 取消与退款：商品购买一经确认，概不接受取消或退款

• 公司决定：所有事项以品牌最终决定为准，品牌保留调整活动的权利，并通过官方社交平台（Instagram、X、小红书）公告
